To put it bluntly, I came away from the first retreat and said out loud that there was no amount of money that I wouldn't spend to feel that way again as often as possible. This experience was healing being words - it completely changed the relationship I had with my body, which was quite needed at the time. Every detail of the entire experience (and before and after) is so thoughtful and intentional. The food is incredible, the venues are gorgeous, the photo session so powerful...everything meshed together in the most beautiful of ways. It came at a time where I needed it most. This retreat promoted self care, self love, and most importantly trust. Each day was magical. The workshop with Jade Lotus prompted a great sense of healing, and the venue was breathtaking. I didn’t think I deserved this retreat but I knew the minute I stepped into this adventure I knew it was meant to be. I normally don’t show up for myself but this retreat taught me that I need to do that more.
