Persephone Unleashed was born from Sarah’s belief that women are magic, as well as her fiery passion to document beautiful creatures as they break free of their chrysalis.

Her approach to photographing women is founded on authenticity & self-compassion, and she practices it by showing up to that space with you, unapologetically herself — awkward, messy bits and all.

She loves being barefoot, drinking black tea, dancing in the moonlight, swimming in the ocean, and singing Taylor Swift at the top of her lungs.

There is nothing this woman cannot do.

She’s a wizard with a paintbrush, a weaver of flowers, and the hype girl you didn’t know you needed. During your photo shoot, she embodies her middle-namesake “JOY” and tosses joy around like confetti.

Nicole loves late afternoon sun, a good bottle of wine, naps, epic movie scores, biodegradable glitter, staying up late into the night — either for great conversation or absorbed in a creative project... and really great scarves.

You know how some people instantly make you feel safe? That’s Jade. She has an energy that somehow makes you feel like you’ve known each other forever, and your nervous system just wants to be in her arms forever.

Jade is a shamanic healer who brings offerings of guided deep-dives into the places calling for attention, as well as one-on-one energy work sessions (unique to the individual’s needs). Her approach is gentle and kind, and rich with tender self-love.
